On Saturday, April 23, CASA of Brown County hosted CASA Presents: Champions for Children during Child Abuse Prevention Month. CASA of Brown County is a volunteer based nonprofit organization that provides a voice for abused and neglected children who are under the legal protection of the court system until they are safe and thriving in permanent homes.
The annual event raises critical funds that sustain our work to recruit, train, and support CASA volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children under court protection, many of whom are in foster care. Thank you for joining us!
Thank you to all of our generous sponsors, guests, and event volunteers for making this event so special! Because of you... we were able to raise over $147,000! This helps provide a voice to 81 more abused and neglected children in our community.
