Advocate Supervisor

The Advocate Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting and guiding CASA volunteers as they amplify the voices of children involved in the child welfare system. This role ensures that every child’s needs, experiences, and best interests are heard and thoughtfully represented.

 

Advocate Supervisors prepare, mentor, and support volunteers throughout their advocacy journey, ensuring each child is matched with a well-trained, supported, and connected CASA volunteer. At the same time, this role helps volunteers feel confident, empowered, and valued in their work on behalf of children and families.

 

From the first court appointment through permanency, the Advocate Supervisor oversees all aspects of assigned cases, working closely with volunteers and community partners to support children’s safety, stability, and well-being.

 

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Green Bay, Wisconsin and offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a lasting difference in the lives of children, youth, and families every day.
